As I descended I came down through the bluffs a bit south of where I went up. The river Truim is in the bottom of the valley.
The train for Perth went whooshing by down below, between the A9 and General Wade's road.
Once back down on the flatland, the weather began to deteriorate, so my timing was pretty good.
