Lara is briefly fascinated with the layers of stone.
This boulder, sticking up out of the sand, quite obviously used to be oriented a different way, probably forming in calm water that laid down layer upon layer of sediment.
Here is the entire expanse of our little kingdom. Absolutely delightful.
I had intended to bring my rock shoes, and of course forgot them in the rush to get out the door, but that didn't prevent me from attempting a little bouldering.
