Thanksgiving

The Thanksgiving holiday this year was pretty much a loss, due to our friend H1N1. We all got it the week before, Ewan and Sally suffering the most with high fevers and a persistent cough, from which it took a long time to recover. Richele and Ashley had planned to spend the entire week with us, but they had to stay with Mema and Papa Jay instead. They had a grand time over there, but we were pretty frustrated knowing they were only a few blocks away, but we couldn't see them. Ashley's fiance, Kirk, came up the day before Thanksgiving as well, but we couldn't meet him either. Well, the day after Thanksgiving, since we weren't so badly off, Lara and I went over for a post-Thanksgiving dinner, and even Sally and Ewan came over for a few hours. Here Ashley and Richele are working a puzzle in the afternoon sun.
