Kings Mountain

Ran up and down King's Mountain this morning, as part of my training for Ben Nevis. The weather cooperated and I got a taste of what I'm likely to encounter on the venomous peak.
About two-thirds of the way up a short trail spur heads off to a viewpoint where one can see both the summit and the sea off to the west, on a clear day anyway.
As I approached the summit, clouds began to envelop the ridge.
